Chicken/Beef Rib Seasoning

Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce,
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/4 cup of beer
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning OR
1 teaspoon cayenne

Mix all ingredients and pour into squirt bottle (should have a wide opening like plastic mustard jar; otherwise, salt will plug up hole). When ribs are on grill, generously squirt at intervals.

NOTE: for BBQing chicken substitute cheap white wine for beer.
