Zesty Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:
8 oz Sea shells macaroni
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 cup quartered cucumber slices
1 cup julienne carrot strips
12 oz frozen precooked shrimp, thawed and drained

Cook sea shells as package directs; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.

In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, dill weed and salt; mix well. Add cucumber, carrots, shrimp and pasta; mix well.

Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight.
