Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook noodles as package directs; drain and set aside.
In large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Return to skillet.
Stir in taco seasoning mix and water; bring to a boil. Remove
from heat; stir in salsa, corn, olives and cilantro. Add noodles
to ground beef mixture; spoon into 11x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle
with cheese and tomato.
Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with sour cream, if desired.
