Mexicana Taco Bake

Ingredients:
1/2 package (6 ounces) Golden Grain/
     Mission extra wide(Jumbo) egg noodles
1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
1 1 1/4 ounce package taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1 cup salsa
1 11-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
1 2 1/4 ounce can sliced ripe olives
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
Sour cream (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook noodles as package directs; drain and set aside.

In large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Return to skillet. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in salsa, corn, olives and cilantro. Add noodles to ground beef mixture; spoon into 11x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and tomato.

Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with sour cream, if desired.
